Returns & Exchanges

Online Returns
You may return full-price online purchases for a full refund, this return must be received back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Items that cannot be returned:
  • Books & Magazines
  • Earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Food & Deli Items
  • Skincare, beauty & perfumes
  • Faulty items sold at a discounted price due to the fault are non-refundable and non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be in new condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For orders over £100 that qualified for free shipping, standard shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to a fault.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 working days for processing. You'll be notified once your refund has been approved and processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

In-Store Returns
You can return items bought in-store within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. A full refund will be issued.
The same return exclusions apply in-store as online

Exchanges
  • Online Orders:
    To exchange an item for a different size or style, email us at hello@spoiledlife.co.uk. A team member will respond within 48 hours.
    Please note: You'll be required to cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
  • In-Store Purchases:
    Bring the item into the store to process your exchange.

We offer shipping across mainland UK.
If you're based in the Channel Islands or internationally, please email hello@spoiledlife.co.uk to arrange a custom order.

Custom & Special Orders
Refunds are not available for:
  • Orders shipped outside the UK
  • Items requested for a specific delivery date
  • Items ordered specially into our store

Damages & Faults
If you receive a damaged or faulty item (online or in-store purchase), contact us within 48 hours at hello@spoiledlife.co.uk with a description and, if possible, photos of the damage. We’ll get back to you promptly to resolve the issue.

International Orders, Taxes & Duties

Note: Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are payable via the tracking link provided at dispatch.
