Return & Refund Policy
If you decide you need to return your purchase to us, online purchases can be returned for a full refund within 14 days.
Once the item has been received we will process your refund within 2-4 working days.
Any items returned must be sent back in new condition with all relevant labels, tags and packaging intact.
Shipping is non-refundable. Sale Items bought online will be available for store credit or a refund at the price payed. (Price after discount including discount codes)

We are not liable for any items lost or damaged while being shipped.
To return an item in store, bring the item back within 14 days with all tags, labels and packaging intact and you will receive a full refund.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or item, from an online order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a team member will respond to you within 48 hours. If the piece you would like to exchange was purchased in-store simply bring it back to us in-store.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on swimwear, earrings, underwear or cosmetic products.
Sale items bought in-store are non-refundable.
Items purchased in our sale in-store are only returnable for exchange or store credit. This includes Items bought at our in-store sale events.
We offer shipping anywhere within the UK (mainland). If you want to place an order from the Channel Islands or internationally, please email us at email@example.com and we can deal with this on a case by case basis.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, If you require the item to be rushed to arrive for a specific date, or if you are ordering an item into store refunds will not be available.
If an item purchased online or from our store is damaged please contact us using the email : firstname.lastname@example.org, and one of our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
If possible please include any images you can of the damaged area.
International tax, duties, charges and delivery
If you wish to ship outside of the UK, please email us on via the contact for below and we will be happy to assist. Shipping outside of the UK often incurs extra charges via customs. These charges will need to be paid via the tracking link you receive from us.
